You may want to know if IVR can be enabled for a number purchased from CityNumbers.
Solution
An Interactive voice response system (IVR) can be enabled for most numbers provisioned by us.
Numbers that are visible in the Number Manager Portal can always have an IVR configured, any others will need to be reviewed to confirm if this customization is possible.
The IVR service costs £10.00 Monthly (recurring Charge for IVR service) plus a £25.00 One off administrative fee (for building the service).
VR audios will need to be supplied by you, either by creating one yourself or by engaging any of the following Audio Professionals

If you would like us to enable IVR for your number, please submit a new support request and attach the IVR audios or script. You can also provide a test number that we can use to configure the IVR for testing purposes before going live.

IVR service can be built by adding a new service on the Number Manager portal and selecting Interactive Service then configuring the options as requested by the customer.
IVR service should be built and assigned with a test number for the customer to check and confirm that all the options are working as requested. Once confirmed, the live customer's number should be assigned to the new service.
