Overview
This article provides the steps required to raise a request to CityNumbers Support.
Requirements
- You need to have an account on the CityNumbers Support Portal.
Solution
- Log in to the Support Portal.
- Click on the button, on the bottom-right corner.
- Start talking with our ATLAS assistant. If it is unable to help you it will create a Support ticket on your behalf.
Confirmation
You can log in to the Support Portal and click on the My Activities button, at the top right side of the screen. In there, you will be able to see the tickets that have been opened to Support.

Hello
I used to receive my bill every 3rd of the month, but this time I haven't received anything despite waiting for it (November's bill), I need my number and current services to be continued, thus I will be thankful if you please send me this bill as well.
