This article provides the steps required to raise a request to CityNumbers Support.
- You need to have an account on the CityNumbers Support Portal.
- Log in to the Support Portal.
- Click on the button, on the bottom-right corner.
- Start talking with our ATLAS assistant. If it is unable to help you it will create a Support ticket on your behalf.
You can log in to the Support Portal and click on the My Activities button, at the top right side of the screen. In there, you will be able to see the tickets that have been opened to Support.
