This article provides steps on accessing the CityNumbers Billing Portal so that you can view the break down of your billing for a given invoice, number or billing period.
Solution
- Access the portal using the link: https://www.citynumbersbilling.co.uk/index.php
- Enter your Account Number & PIN
- Account Number example: CITY1234
- PIN is a six digit number. If you do not have the PIN, please reach out to the Support Team for retrieving the PIN.
- Once IN, you have three options on the left hand side: Bills, Reports, Numbers.
For example under "Bills" you can view the Invoice Details as shown below.
If you click Full Breakdown of Charges, they will see a full billing breakdown for the period covered by the invoice:

- Can I view the destination number / termination number that our inbound calls are diverted to?
- Yes. Once you have logged into the Billing Portal, navigate to Reports > Itemisation > Select an invoice (if the inbound number is not visible) > Select the number > click on Show > the destination / termination number is under the column: "Answering Number"
- If the Destination number / termination number is not visible, please reach out to the Support Team for assistance.
- How can I change my PIN?
- Only the Support Team has the authorization to change the PIN. You can reach out to the Support Team and provide the six digit PIN you need to have updated.
