As of November 2023, the business has decided to update the Account Plan and introduce a Minimum Spend. This article will guide you through the changes.
Due to changing conditions in the telecommunications market, your Account Plan will be updated and a Minimum Spend value for your Account will be introduced. This will come into effect on 1 November 2023 on your City Numbers account.
Primarily, this will allow us to reinvest back into the business ensuring that we provide our customers with best-in-class Telephone Numbers, Cloud Network IVR services & Phone System solutions. It also takes into consideration outside influences such as conditions happening within the industry.
Changes to your Account Plan will be apparent in your invoice from November onwards and your account will be set onto the Default City Numbers Account Plan . In communicating this, we would also like to refer you to the full list of services available within the Price Plan Packages, as well as other items that you may not be aware that City Numbers can provide. Please take a look at these to ensure you are using all the recommended tools that are at your disposal within the City Numbers portfolio that we can configure for you.

The plan includes:
a Minimum Spend of £125 /mth, per Account
No change to your current Price Plan Service Charges
No change to your current Price Plan Call Usage charges

- Continue with City Numbers: Embrace the new account plan which has been designed to offer a well-rounded suite of services ensuring value for your investment.
- Export to another provider: If you find a provider that better suits your budget and needs, you may choose to export to them. We will ensure a smooth transition.
- Cancel your account: Should you decide that City Numbers no longer aligns with your budget, you have the option to cancel your account.
